We stand behind the quality of every Furzy sold. In fact, we are so confident that you will love your Furzy so much that we offer a 30 day guarantee.
We ensure that every Furzy that is sent out adheres to our quality control which is made on each item before being sent. The Furzy is warm, soft and feels like a furry hug thanks to the Sherpa Fleece that has been used to kill the chill and keep you warm all year round.
We believe that it is also important top give back to the environment. The 2019 Australian bushfires were responsible for wiping out huge regions of flora and fauna - and our hearts broke hearing about all the wildlife (particuarly the Koalas) who were impacted as a result.
We therefore have partnered with One Tree Planted to plant one tree for every Furzy sold. This helps support native wildelife, from Koalas through to Birds as well as assisting biodiversity and the Australian environment overall.

Our delivery partner is Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This is generally received within 24 hours.
If your order does not arrive within the 7 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. In the event that you are not at home to accept delivery, a card will be left with information to pick up from your nearest Post Office.

Our customer satisfaction team work Monday to Fridays: 9 am to 5 pm and Saturdays: 10 am to 3 pm. All emails outside of this time frame are checked regularly, but please allow for a longer response time outside of these hours.
Yes, absolutely! If you are following our Social Media channels, you will notice that we regularly run competitions and many of these are based on the feedback of you!
Of course, we like to not only give people the styles that they love, but reward them for their ideas. We love feedback and are always open to any ideas that come from our Furzy Family.
Your Furzy has been designed to be durable and washable!
Simply wash on a on a gentle, slow wash cycle. Regular detergent is fine however we at The Furzy recommend using natural, eco-friendly detergents where possible. Not only will your Furzy thank you for it, but our environment will too!
Furzy HQ is an Australian business - our warehouse is based in Adelaide, SA. All items are sent from our Warehouse in Adelaide, so expect fast delivery. You are supporting an Australian business and we thank you for your support.
